By submitting this booking:

• You authorise On Target Football Coaching staff to administer or give consent to any necessary medical treatment.
• You agree that On Target Football Coaching reserve the right to remove any disruptive children.
• You agree that On Target Football Coaching, and the parties involved with the organisation, cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to person or property.
• You agree to the cancellation policy detailed below.

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your booking or any part thereof you must notify us immediately. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the start time of the date purchased you will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given for any cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the start time of the date purchased.
